Refund and Returns Policies

Overview

We are committed to providing the best bespoke dolls at the best prices possible. Each doll is custom made just for you, with the specific doll options that you have chosen. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” orders. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or no longer in their original packaging.

Order processing will start within 24 hours after receipt of your order. Order cancellation is only possible within the first 24 hours before production.

1. Within 4 Hours: 90% refund.
2. Within 24 Hours: 80% refund.
3. You cannot cancel your doll once it’s in production. No refund.

Note: There is no cancellation or refund on orders with custom options added because the product is tailored made only for you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

If you are approved of a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@jojo.space.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@jojo.space.

Shipping returns

Be sure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 20% handling charge, which cannot be refunded.

All our dolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving the factory. If your doll has any defects when receiving it and has not been used in any way, we can replace the defective parts or arrange the doll been returned as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll. However, we do not cover the return shipping costs. We cannot replace the doll if the damages are incurred by you.
